Industrial services and facility management are dynamic, person-dependent service markets that are prone to tough predatory competition.
According to estimations, facility management is responsible for around 130 billion euros of gross domestic product in Germany. Industrial services have a market volume of some 20 billion euros in Germany and 100 billion euros in Europe.
Against the backdrop of increasing digitalisation and internationalisation, all told even greater professionalisation and consolidation of the sector is becoming apparent. Companies that position themselves accordingly at an early stage will be amongst those that benefit most from this development.
